It can be flexed, compressed, grabbed, bent, used indoor & outdoor, hot, frozen and used in sea and chlorinated water conditions.

And it’s not just the material performance that counts, as sports and leisure equipment have taken on fashion status the properties of Marfran deliver optimum style possibilities, surface finish, colour, gloss, transparency, appearance,scratch resistance and feel can all be formulated to give the desired effect.

Applications include

Ski boots, ski shells, grips, handles, ice and roller skate blades, transparent diving masks and goggles, ski poles, golf clubs, table tennis bats, diving fins, snowboard bindings, snorkel mouth pieces, bicycle saddles to name a few.

Marfran has a strong heritage in the footwear market, this was one of the fi rst uses for TPEs and today Marfran is used in a wide variety of footwear applications including, compact standard soles, expanded light soles, transparent soles, sports and technical footwear, top pieces, wellington boots, clogs and slippers.
